Health takes effort.
A client project: a private hospital's website, in three languages, where a patient finds the right doctor and requests an appointment within a minute.
The task
Eighteen departments, twenty-five doctors. The task was to bring every patient — often someone looking on a phone — to the right doctor without a single phone call, and to give the hospital full control of its own content.
What we built
Search that understands complaints
A patient types a complaint, a department or a doctor's name — the answer takes shape with every letter.
Appointments without the phone queue
Department, doctor, day — the request lands straight in the call centre, which calls back to confirm.
The hospital in command
A control panel of its own: staff follow every request and update doctors and pages themselves, without waiting on anyone.
