The task
A shop's orders scatter across calls, messages and notes. The task was to capture every one of them, complete, right where its customers already talk.
What we built
Ordering, inside the chat
No app, no sign-up: the customer orders right where they already talk.
Not a single order lost
Every step is checked and saved — no order is ever left half-taken.
The whole day at a glance
An admin panel for the day's orders — and an Excel file the moment the accountant asks.
